The closest PHCs (Primary Health Centre) to PH are the following: 

1. Primary Health Centre - Agrahara Layout - Dr. Muralidhara - 96116 21286

2.  Primary Health Centre - Thanisandra - Dr. Keshava Pani - 88611 04895

The PHC Thanisandra is on the 4th Cross of Hegde Nagar Circle. When going from PH, you can take a right into Hegde Nagar Circle and take a left at the 4th Cross. The PHC is about 200 metres from the place where you took the left turn.

Alternatively, take the first right after crossing Hegde Nagar Circle towards the flyover. There is a gap in the median there. Take care at the turn as there is oncoming traffic from the flyover.

With  what I see, the Thanisandra PHC has facilities for Covid testing and Vaccination.

This facility is open till 5:00 PM IST and the rush is not much.

Agrahara Government Hospital (UPHC)

The Agrahara UPHC too has facilities for both testing and vaccination for Covid-19.

Vaccination is done from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM IST
